It was a special beer, packed in a cute box, almost like a whiskey box.
The box said it was auburn, but I felt it was more a burgundy coloured beer.
According to the description, the Innis and Gunn beer was matured in barrels that were used to mature 21-year old Scotch whiskey from the Speyside region of Scotland.
Besides, said the description, the bottle I had came from a limited batch of 300 barrels
Taste: musky with a strong taste of malt and a tinge of sweetness. The sweetness was almost fruity. I like the traditional beer variety.
Not a fan.
