Vegetable Stir Fry



Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients:

From the garden: 

Celery –stalks and leaves
A mini zucchini
Young onions
Parsley
Swiss chard.

To add colour and taste:

2 Carrots
1 onion, sliced.

2 tbsp. olive oil
½ lime.
1 tsp. of soya sauce.
