Vegetable Stir Fry

Vegetable Stir Fry


From the garden: 

Celery –stalks and leaves
A mini zucchini
Young onions
Swiss chard.

To add colour and taste:

2 Carrots
1 onion, sliced.

2 tbsp. olive oil
½ lime.
1 tsp. of soya sauce.

Wash the greens, and cut them into small pieces.
Separate the stems, and cut them fine.
Steam the carrots, after cutting them into pieces.

 In a wok/pan, heat two tablespoons of olive oil.
Add the stems and stir.
Once they start turning softer, add the greens and onions. And stir.
Three minutes later, add the carrots and stir.

Add soya sauce and the lime juice.
Ready to be served.
