Bitter Gourd (Bitter Melon) Salad
1 bitter gourd sliced fine
3 shallots diced fine
1 green chilli, cut fine
½ lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Deep fry the bitter gourd. When they have cooled down, add all the ingredients and mix well.
