Ingredients
1 bunch Hummingbird tree leaves (they come with the stems)
2 shallots
2 tbsp coconut milk
½ cup water
¼ tsp turmeric powder
Agathi Yellow (White) Curry |
Remove the elongated leaves, fresh and green in colour, from
their stems and wash them gently in cold water.
Add all the ingredients in a pot and bring it to a boil. Don’t
overcook.
The liquidy sauce and the leaves will have a bitter taste to
them.
